My Little Monkey

Hello all! Tripp has been a busy little boy lately. He has been especially interested in his cozy coupe these days. He likes to open the door, climb inside, close the door and watch tv! He also likes to dive out of the windows, such a little boy thing to do! He's also starting to take steps without holding on to anything. In fact this morning as I was loading pictures on the blog, he got out of his car and took 5 steps across the living room without falling! He was so excited and started waving his arms in the air, probably because I was chanting "yay tripp!" and waving my hands in the air;) nonetheless, he was super excited! Of all times I dont have a camera ready! well I now have my camera and video camera right by me!

We have been making the most of all our time couped up inside due to all this crazy weather. We play, nap, snack and practice walking of course;) Tripp also helps mommy with household chores. And by helping I mean, throwing clothes out of the dryer, unfolding mommy's folded towels, starting the dishwasher over and over, eating crumbs off the floor (while I sweep) etc. We have also been having playdates and lunch dates. We got to meet for our bible study/playdate yesterday and had so much fun! Brenden and Graham even joined our group and we love having them! I feel so blessed to have such a good group of girlfriends who all happen to have boys too! Our boys are going to have a blast together.

I have also been busy with all the details of tripp's 1st birthday bash! I can't wait, its going to be so much fun!!

Below are some recent pictures of our little man. Enjoy!
